Dr. Jan Kircher, founder of the American Workplace Advocacy Center, brings over two decades of leadership experience in social work education to her advocacy against workplace bullying. With a Master's degree (MSW) and Ph.D., Dr. Kircher's journey began in academia, where she witnessed firsthand the damaging effects of workplace bullying.

With a deep commitment to aiding those affected by bullying, Dr. Kircher develops innovative methods that present a fresh approach to addressing workplace bullying, framing it as a cultural issue within organizations.
